Prior to joining Hay Group, Colin held roles in the private sector, most recently as Global Talent Management Leader at Golder Associates. He has a law degree (LLB) from Dublin Business School and a Barrister-at-Law degree (BL) from the Honourable Society of King’s Inns, Dublin. He is a community volunteer, previous Boy Scout leader and busy foster parent.
