Michèle has a Masters degree in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University, British Columbia, Canada. She has worked in the areas of public consultation, the oil and gas industry, corporate business, and organizational, workplace and community development. She has a particular passion for performance management and leadership development. She has travelled extensively across Canada as well as internationally, working in Spain, Thailand and most recently, Chennai, India. Michèle is a part-time faculty member at the University of Calgary, Continuing Education and one of the faculty members for leadership development with Calgary Police Services.
