Deborah L. Kerr, Ph.D. is a co-founder and partner at Affintus in Austin, Texas. Affintus helps managers make better hiring decisions by identifying their best candidates before they read a single resume. Deborah’s measurement work has been cited as “best practice” by the US Society for Human Resource Management and has been written about in Austin Woman Magazine and Financial World. Her measurement work was also featured in Paul Niven’s book Balanced Scorecard Step by Step and Mohan Nair’s Essentials of the Balanced Scorecard.  Her work in measurement is included in the Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame.
